Vessels
A vessel is an object that can contain anything. A plant is a vessel filled with transformed sunlight; even the human or further more animal body is one. It holds material substances like flesh and blood – and also invisible contents like emotions, sensations, and a soul.
Yet a vessel can also be a catalyst, it may alter what it holds. So what makes a vessel a vessel? Is it a container with only one mouth? Or can it have many, without losing its significance as something that holds?
most often it is a dead, superficial material, becoming meaningful only through its ability to keep something in place.
but A vessel is still a vessel, even when it is empty. so Maybe it is not about what it actually contains, but rather what it could contain. It is not about fact, it’s about fantasy and imagination and everything that could be.
